Project Manager (Utility BESS)
Responsibilities
Manage project and commissioning works of Trina’s energy storage projects in the Europe cooperating with internal teams, suppliers and contractors Support Trina’s project execution efforts by developing and executing commissioning plans Manage and negotiate contracts with customers in terms of project delivery clause Lead project effort to achieve commercial operations, and handover from delivery/construction team to the O&M team for each project Comply with company policies, ensuring supplier and contractors follow up H&S regulations Develop and execute testing protocols based on market rules, DNO requirements and contractual obligations Produce project progress reports and project‘s risk matrix
Requirements
Suitable engineering degree or qualifications Related experience in managing project and commissioning work of electrical equipment in the context of Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects or other renewable energy projects. Must have experience on adhering to safety regulations (CDM) in an operational setting Strong experience supervising site activities amongst different contractors Familiar with related electrical standards, Regulations and Legislation Ability to adapt to dynamic conditions and stay focused/execute on goals under tight deadlines Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to interface with multiple parties (contractors, suppliers, client representatives) CSCS card holder or eq. Excellent MS Office capabilities, SCADA and MODBUS experience will be a plus; Must be willing and able to travel in support of existing & new Energy Storage fleet Passion for your work, strong communication skills, a flexible and positive attitude, structured and dedicated way of working Languages: Fluent English and Polish any other addition language will be a plus We offer you A dynamic environment with high responsibilities and an independent working style The opportunity for professional development and growth in one of the most fast-growing industries.
