About the Role
Mercor is seeking experienced Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in your domain. It's an opportunity to contribute your expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently and remotely on your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- You'll be asked to create deliverables regarding common requests within your professional domain
- You'll be asked to review peer developed deliverables to improve AI research
Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years professional experience in your respective field
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills
Project Timeline
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: ~2 weeks (with the potential for project expansion)
- Commitment: ~15 hours/week required
Compensation & Contract
- Payment: All experts will receive a $100 onboarding payment for completing the onboarding quiz, regardless of pass or fail outcome. Experts who pass the onboarding quiz will immediately enter a work trial period where they will receive a one-time $1,500 payment conditioned on successful approval of their first task. After which, expert payment will shift to hourly pay.
- Performance Bonus: Top performers receive a weekly bonus incentive on top of their per task rate!

- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
- Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
- Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
- Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
