Beyond filling seats, you will strategically route exceptional talent to portfolio companies, fellowships, and internal communities, identifying signals that traditional CVs often miss in high-velocity tech environments. What you will do:

- Evaluate deep technical and operational signals in candidates to match their unique skills with the specific needs of the venture ecosystem.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 5-15 years of experience building talent functions at high-velocity startups or community-driven organizations like On Deck or Contrary.
- Possesses a deep "startup fluency" and the instinct to identify exceptional builders based on their actual impact rather than just brand names.
- Thrives in a high-volume throughput environment and genuinely enjoys back-to-back conversations with the most interesting people in tech.
