Position Overview

We are actively recruiting motivated and compassionate professionals—both seasoned practitioners and enthusiastic newcomers—to join our expanding team in Chattanooga, TN. This full‑time, in‑home role operates under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and includes flexible scheduling to accommodate after‑school, morning, afternoon, and evening sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized, one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions in the client’s home, adhering to the treatment plan designed by a supervising BCBA.

  • Implement discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, and behavior support strategies as outlined in the client’s program.
  • Collaborate closely with the supervising BCBA to adjust interventions, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure fidelity of implementation.
  • Maintain open, respectful communication with families, responding promptly to questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Demonstrate professionalism by arriving on time, preparing materials in advance, and upholding ethical standards at all times.
  • Participate in weekly supervision meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training sessions to continuously refine your practice.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, such as a special education classroom, home‑based tutoring, or direct support role.
  • At least one year of exposure to ABA principles, either through direct practice or related coursework.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to document session data clearly and concisely.
  • Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel between client homes.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, kneel, squat, and move quickly within a 100‑foot radius during sessions.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Familiarity with cognitive‑behavioral intervention plans and family‑centered therapeutic approaches.
