[Remote] Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager - Southwest
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZF Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to focus on driving customer satisfaction and supporting sales partners. The role involves managing forecasts and budgets, expanding market presence, and requires strong communication and organizational skills with frequent travel.
Responsibilities
- Work with all internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction
- Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers
- Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting
- Responsible to create and execute sales forecast and budget
- Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position and communicate pricing to customers
- Responsible for prospecting and new account set up and customer order processing utilizing ERP system
- Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed
- Provide back-up within department and perform related tasks as needed
Skills
- BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 50-75%
- 3+ years customer service or sales experience required, automotive/mechanical aptitude and expertise helpful
- Must possess effective presentation, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
