One Step Forward is hiring a part time BCBA to support ABA services for children and families across New Jersey. This role focuses on clinical collaboration, supervision, program review, and ongoing support for ABA therapists providing direct services in the field. We are looking for a clinician who values strong communication, ethical care, and high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working within a structured and supportive environment. What You'll Be Doing

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for ABA therapy programs
• Review treatment data and monitor client progress
• Modify skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs as needed
• Support ABA therapists implementing individualized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing case review and clinical collaboration
• Ensure consistency and quality across treatment implementation
• Communicate regularly with therapists, families, and clinical team members Why This Role Stands Out
