[Remote] Business Development Outreach & Enrollment Director
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Recovery Matters is a company focused on providing long-term recovery support for individuals transitioning out of treatment. They are seeking a Business Development Outreach and Enrollment Director to build and maintain professional relationships within the addiction treatment field, educating partners on their model and guiding individuals through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with treatment centers, clinical directors, therapists, discharge planners, and interventionists
- Educate partners on the Recovery Matters® model
- Guide qualified individuals through screening, enrollment, and onboarding
Skills
- Business development professionals with existing treatment and addiction recovery networks
- Understanding that recovery requires time and sustained support
- Understanding that a major gap exists for individuals who need more than 30–90 days
- Understanding that treatment alone is rarely enough to support long-term outcomes
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with treatment centers, clinical directors, therapists, discharge planners, and interventionists
- Ability to educate partners on the Recovery Matters® model
- Ability to guide qualified individuals through screening, enrollment, and onboarding
- Must reside in an approved state
- Ability to convert existing relationships into enrollment
