Our Executive Administrative team is the backbone of the VP of Web Development & Client Security office. The Remote careerzynith Data Entry & Executive Administrative Assistant will ensure seamless daily operations, accurate data handling, and proactive support for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of Web Development & Client Security, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
  • Draft, proofread, and format internal communications, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, virtual events, and all‑hands sessions across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, project trackers, and documentation repositories.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and internal teams, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing welcome kits, and managing office‑wide asset inventories.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework in business administration, information management, or related fields is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with cloud‑based collaboration platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Organizational Ability: Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous records.
  • Integrity & Confidentiality: Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
