Position Overview

As a Remote careerzynith Health Customer Support Representative, you will be the front‑line voice of careerzynith, delivering exceptional service to members, providers, and partners across multiple channels. You will leverage your communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and product knowledge to resolve inquiries, guide members through complex health‑care processes, and ensure a positive, consistent experience that reflects careerzynith’s brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member Interaction: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, addressing a wide range of health‑care related questions.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose member concerns, investigate root causes, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams (claims, pharmacy, IT, etc.) to deliver timely, accurate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in‑depth understanding of careerzynith’s health plans, pharmacy benefits, wellness programs, and digital tools to provide precise information.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Accurately log all member interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify trends in member feedback, suggest process enhancements, and participate in training sessions to stay current on industry developments.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Adjust to fluctuating call volumes, seasonal peaks, and evolving service protocols while maintaining high service levels.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders—including underwriting, provider relations, and technology teams—to resolve complex cases and improve overall member satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a remote customer service or member support role within the health‑care, insurance, or related industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
