  • Performance Monitoring: Track and support adherence to plan‑sponsor performance targets, preparing reports that highlight trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Integrity: Conduct routine data cleaning to maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure reliable analytics.
  • Collaboration Tools: Design and implement complex collaboration tools and dashboards that facilitate effective clinical teamwork and outcome tracking.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend enhancements to workflows, referral coordination, and document sharing to streamline case management.
  • Escalated Case Resolution: Lead the resolution of escalated cases, providing post‑resolution education to the team and documenting success stories.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate clearly with a variety of audiences, including peers, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Project Support: Assist with project logistics such as agenda setting, meeting coordination, and minute‑taking.
  • Culture Champion: Foster a positive, teamwork‑oriented environment and maintain open lines of communication with regional supervisors.
  • Travel Coordination: When required, travel up to 25 % of the time to meet members face‑to‑face within the western region of Kansas.

Essential Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Kansas State licensure in a clinical discipline (RN, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on clinical experience, preferably in a managed‑care setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple computer systems, with strong keyboarding proficiency.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel; mileage reimbursed per careerzynith policy.

  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of mentoring and supporting staff to meet business objectives.
  • Solid understanding of medical terminology, problem‑solving frameworks, and decision‑making processes.
  • High digital literacy, including comfort with tele‑health platforms and EHR systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly.
  • Experience working in culturally diverse clinical environments.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong empathy, active listening, and the capacity to build trust with members and team members alike.
  • Organizational Excellence: Time‑efficient, highly organized, and capable of juggling multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with EHR platforms, reporting tools, and virtual collaboration software.
