Remote Customer Service Advocate – Hulu Chat & Email Support Role

Job Summary: Hulu is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our support team as a Remote Customer Service Advocate. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance via chat and email to Hulu subscribers across the United States. You will be the front-line contact for resolving billing concerns, account issues, service inquiries, and technical troubleshooting—ensuring an exceptional support experience for our streaming customers. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to Hulu customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely, empathetic, and efficient manner.

Provide accurate product information and educate customers on self-help features within the Hulu platform.

Troubleshoot technical issues across a range of devices (Smart TVs, mobile apps, streaming devices).

Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), and resolution rates.
