Within careerzynith, the MVRecovery division (formerly known as MVTrac/MVConnect) operates as a full‑service recovery hub. We connect lenders, repossession agents, and field teams to accelerate compliant asset recoveries. Our technology platform is only as powerful as the people who drive it, and we are looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) Administrator to join our remote‑first team.

Role Summary – What You’ll Do

As a Remote CSR Administrator at careerzynith, you will be the linchpin that keeps our recovery workflow organized, efficient, and customer‑focused. Working entirely from a computer‑based environment, you will manage account records, assign field agents, update client information, and communicate escalations. Your proactive approach will help ensure that collateral is recovered quickly, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Maintain a clean, orderly database of recovery accounts, ensuring each case is properly documented and up‑to‑date.
  • Agent Assignment: Match field agents to newly created accounts, monitor workload balance, and reassign as needed to meet service level agreements.
  • Information Updates: Receive, verify, and input client‑provided data, including collateral details, location notes, and contact information.
  • Escalation Handling: Identify issues that require supervisor or client attention, draft clear communications, and track resolution progress.
  • Collaboration: Partner with skip‑tracing specialists, collections teams, and legal advisors to facilitate seamless recovery processes.
