About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse customer base. Your mission will be to deliver outstanding service, resolve inquiries with empathy and accuracy, and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction goals. You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound communications, work with modern CRM tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every customer journey with careerzynith is a positive one.

This is a contract position with flexible scheduling options, including day and night shifts, Monday through Friday. The role is 100% remote, allowing you to work comfortably from your home office while enjoying the structure and support of a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the careerzynith customer experience team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to Inquiries: Answering incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about careerzynith products, services, and account details.
  • Problem Resolution: Handling customer complaints and concerns with patience, empathy, and effectiveness. You'll work to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines while maintaining careerzynith's high service standards.
  • Escalation Management: Identifying priority or complex issues and escalating them to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution for the customer.
  • Account Maintenance: Updating and maintaining accurate customer records within careerzynith's CRM system, including contact information, interaction history, and account notes.
  • Outbound Engagement: Conducting outbound calls for follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, retention efforts, and upselling campaigns when appropriate and aligned with careerzynith's sales and service goals.
  • Policy Adherence: Following all careerzynith communication procedures, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure consistency and compliance across all customer interactions.
  • Continuous Learning: Participating in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to stay current on product updates, system enhancements, and best practices.
