Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting multiple bank customers with reward points redemption, including tracking shipments, cancelling orders, and refunding reward points
  • Assisting clients with booking travel arrangements, such as flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using accumulated reward points
  • Providing exceptional customer service, working in a "yes" environment to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
