Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to become the front‑line voice of careerzynith’s member services. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, document concerns with precision, and guide members through the complexities of their healthcare plans. You will work from the comfort of your home in Oklahoma, leveraging careerzynith’s robust technology platform and structured scripts to ensure consistent, high‑quality interactions. This position offers a clear pathway for advancement, with opportunities to move into supervisory, training, or specialized support roles as you develop your skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound member calls and chat messages, providing courteous, accurate, and empathetic assistance.
  • Document each interaction in careerzynith’s CRM system, ensuring all details are captured promptly and correctly.
  • Follow established protocols and scripts to maintain consistency while still personalizing each conversation.
  • Gather and verify member information from multiple internal databases, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities.
  • Educate members on their benefits, coverage options, and how to navigate the careerzynith portal.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department, tracking the status until a satisfactory resolution is achieved.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on script effectiveness and system usability.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and self‑directed learning.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service environment.
  • Minimum of six months of direct contact‑center experience, with a proven ability to handle high‑volume call traffic.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously without sacrificing clarity or accuracy.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
