Role Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be the front line of careerzynith’s commitment to exceptional service. In a high‑volume call‑center environment, you will handle inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and guide callers toward the right resources—all while adhering to strict compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer 50‑80 inbound calls per day, delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance.
  • Provide precise answers to prospective and existing customers, ensuring every interaction reflects careerzynith’s standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify callers’ needs and efficiently route them to Loan Advocates or Customer Advocates when appropriate.
  • Maintain a respectful tone, fostering a positive experience that reinforces careerzynith’s brand promise.
  • Document call details accurately in the CRM system, guaranteeing data integrity for downstream teams.
  • Follow all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines without exception.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, team huddles, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a contact‑center environment, preferably with high‑volume call handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of customer interactions while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help consumers improve their financial wellbeing.
  • Proven accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and one Saturday per month (with a compensatory weekday off).
  • Background in collections or sales‑oriented contact‑center roles is highly valued.

  • Experience with financial‑services products, credit applications, or loan processing.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or related regulations.
