In this role, you will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Member Interaction: Respond promptly to inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), delivering courteous, empathetic, and solution‑focused service.
  • Issue Identification & Resolution: Diagnose member concerns, troubleshoot technical or policy‑related problems, and guide members to swift, accurate resolutions.
  • Product & Benefit Education: Clearly explain careerzynith’s health plans, coverage options, wellness programs, and digital tools, helping members make informed decisions that align with their personal health goals.
  • Documentation & Data Integrity: Accurately record each interaction in careerzynith’s CRM system, ensuring that all notes, follow‑up actions, and outcomes are captured for future reference and compliance.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with claims, enrollment, IT, and quality assurance teams to escalate complex issues and guarantee seamless member experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on recurring member pain points, suggest process enhancements, and contribute to the development of knowledge‑base articles and training materials.
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere to HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and careerzynith’s internal security protocols while handling sensitive member information.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment, preferably within health insurance, benefits, or related industries.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and active‑listening abilities that foster trust and rapport with diverse member populations.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude; capable of analyzing situations, identifying root causes, and delivering effective solutions.
