Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound member calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help.
  • Explain prescription insurance plans, medication coverage options, and mail‑order processes in clear, easy‑to‑understand language.
  • Identify member needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions that align with careerzynith’s policies and compliance standards.
  • Document interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference and analytics.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans, formulary changes, and regulatory requirements (including HIPAA).
  • Collaborate with internal teams—such as pharmacy operations, claims, and IT—to resolve complex inquiries and improve overall member satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, role‑plays, and performance coaching to continuously elevate service quality.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum six (6) months of experience interacting directly with customers in a call‑center, retail, hospitality, or comparable service environment.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.

  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a friendly, concise manner.
