Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts) * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner * Utilizing computer navigation skills to access and update customer information, process transactions, and resolve issues * Maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and adhering to company policies and procedures * Collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives, share knowledge, and provide support * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will need: * Prior call center experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service * Great attendance, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and adhering to schedules * Computer navigation skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * The ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM, with accuracy and attention to detail * Great communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Openness to working overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required * Multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines * A strong commitment to teamwork, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues Technical Requirements For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are: * Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up) * Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots) * Speed test results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload Camera Requirements Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
