Position Summary – Remote Customer Service Virtual Assistant

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with flight bookings, itinerary changes, baggage inquiries, and a wide range of travel‑related concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Reservation Management: Assist customers with booking new flights, modifying existing reservations, and processing cancellations while adhering to fare rules and company policies.

Essential Qualifications
