Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt Multi‑Channel Response: Answer inbound inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat within established service level agreements.

  • Product Knowledge Delivery: Communicate the features, benefits, and promotional offers of careerzynith cards and related financial products with confidence and clarity.
  • Accurate Documentation: Log every interaction in careerzynith’s CRM system, ensuring that records are complete, precise, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Essential Qualifications
