Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be the voice of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to pet owners across the country. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve performance goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Providing product information, order statuses, and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues efficiently
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with technology and multitasking
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment
  • Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace
