Position Overview – Remote Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with careerzynith subscribers via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing courteous, empathetic, and timely support.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including streaming interruptions, device compatibility problems, app crashes, and account authentication errors.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of careerzynith’s content catalog, feature releases, subscription plans, and platform updates to deliver accurate information.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Accurately log every customer interaction in the CRM system, capture detailed notes, and flag recurring issues for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Escalation: Partner with cross‑functional teams—engineering, product, billing, and quality assurance—to escalate complex cases and ensure swift resolution.
  • Feedback Loop: Relay customer insights and pain points to product and content teams, influencing roadmap decisions and enhancing the overall user experience.

Essential Qualifications
