Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry & Administrative Support Associate at careerzynith, you will be entrusted with maintaining the quality and integrity of our internal data systems while supporting multiple departments with their information needs.   • Accurate Data Input and Maintenance: Enter, update, and maintain a variety of data types — including text, numerical, and categorical information — into careerzynith databases, spreadsheets, and cloud-based platforms with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Conduct routine data quality checks to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, missing fields, and other errors. Proactively correct discrepancies and flag systemic issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments — such as operations, marketing, finance, and customer success — to gather required data, verify sources, and ensure completeness before entries are finalized.
  • Reporting and Analysis Support: Assist senior team members in compiling, formatting, and generating reports that inform business decisions. You may also help interpret simple data trends and present findings in clear, organized formats.
