Role Overview

The Remote Data Entry Consultant will serve as a critical member of the Global Equity team, supporting the end‑to‑end lifecycle of equity‑based compensation programs. Working remotely from anywhere in the United States (including Montana), you will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of data related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and other equity instruments. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan enrollment activities.
  • Process the issuance, release, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑plan matching ratio awards with precision and adherence to regulatory timelines.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including exercise events, releases, and plan adjustments—to ensure accurate recording, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders regarding equity awards and plan mechanics.
  • Support the administration of equity‑based LTI award delivery processes, including coordination with payroll, tax, and legal teams.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations, trend analysis, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Assist with miscellaneous equity‑plan administration tasks as directed by senior team members.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify discrepancies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new tools, systems, and processes quickly.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing equity compensation (e.g., SEC, IRS, GAAP).
  • Proficiency in data‑analysis tools (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, or similar) and the ability to create clear visual reports.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with cross‑functional teams.
