Role Overview

The Remote Data Entry Consultant will serve as a critical member of careerzynith’s Global Equity Operations, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans. This entry‑level position is designed for candidates who may not have prior professional experience but possess a strong analytical mindset, a passion for learning, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
  • Process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and Stock Purchase Plan (SPP) matching ratio awards with precision and timeliness.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including exercise events, RSU and PSU releases, and SPP activities—to ensure accurate buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, plan administrators, and other stakeholders, providing clear and helpful guidance.
  • Support the equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery process and SPP enrollment activities, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain and update equity plan documentation, ensuring all records are current, organized, and compliant with internal policies.
  • Assist with additional equity plan administration tasks as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; fields of study such as finance, accounting, business administration, or related disciplines are preferred.
  • Strong interest in data analysis, equity compensation, and financial reporting.
