  • Participate in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan activities, including data collection, analysis, and recommendation formulation.
  • Conduct comprehensive on‑site and remote clinical reviews, documenting findings in standardized formats.
  • Administer post‑employment surveys to clinical and program staff, audit results, and compile actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain remediation action plans, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of corrective measures.
  • Create, update, and maintain review tools and templates for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with QM teams during meetings, providing data‑driven input to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with data‑security protocols, including HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations.
  • Support occasional on‑site visits to vendor locations (up to 80% of the time) when required for data verification or stakeholder engagement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a four‑year college degree in a related field (e.g., Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline).
  • Experience: At least two years of hands‑on experience in medical services, social‑service environments, or related data‑entry roles.

  • Attention to Detail: Proven track record of delivering error‑free work in fast‑paced settings.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, essential for documenting findings and interacting with cross‑functional teams.
  • Remote Work Readiness: Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a dedicated home office space, and the self‑discipline required for night and day shift schedules.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Data Accuracy & Validation: Meticulous approach to entering, reviewing, and correcting data entries.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret raw data, identify trends, and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Time Management: Efficiently juggle multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines, especially during shift transitions.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proactively address data discrepancies and recommend process enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with QM teams, clinical staff, and external partners across different time zones.
