Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Quality Assurance

  • Enter, verify, and maintain subscriber, content, and marketing data in careerzynith’s internal systems with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct routine data audits, identify inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions to uphold data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Content, Analytics) to ensure data aligns with business objectives and reporting standards.
  • Generate and distribute regular data reports that support APAC campaign planning and performance tracking.

Live Chat Support & Customer Interaction

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable live‑chat assistance to careerzynith subscribers across APAC time zones.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical, billing, and content‑related inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialist when needed.
  • Document common queries and feedback to inform product improvements and content recommendations.
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT) and meet established service level agreements (SLAs).

APAC Marketing Coordination

  • Partner with APAC Marketing, Content, and Communications teams to develop and execute localized campaign strategies for titles launching in multiple markets.
  • Provide data‑driven insights on which series or movies have the highest growth potential in specific APAC territories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between global content owners and regional marketing stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and timely rollout.
  • Assist in the creation of culturally relevant positioning, promotional assets, and rollout timelines that resonate with local audiences.
  • Lead the coordination of multi‑title campaigns, tracking milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics across markets.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with internal partners in APAC, UCAN, EMEA, and LATAM, as well as with external agencies and vendors.
  • Represent APAC market priorities in global strategy meetings, contributing regional insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional communication to align on campaign objectives, creative concepts, and execution plans.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1‑2 years of data entry, customer service, or sales support experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English proficiency; ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms, spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets), and basic data‑entry tools.
