Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Home-Based Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel Advisory: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options, helping clients make informed decisions and create unforgettable experiences.

Requirements
