Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming emails and documents, logging each item in the careerzynith platform (formerly known as Monday.com) as soon as it arrives.
  • Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including careerzynith (formerly CMS), careerzynith (formerly CSG eConservation), careerzynith (formerly HEARTWAP), careerzynith (formerly LIHEAP), and careerzynith (formerly In Demand).
  • Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in strict accordance with program standards, guaranteeing compliance with both agency and funder regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with program staff to enhance communication, streamline workflows, and promote consistency in service delivery.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties such as filing, preparing mailings, providing phone coverage, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
  • Remain available for remote work, attending virtual meetings, responding to calls and emails, and completing regular duties in a timely manner.
