[Remote] Enrollment Specialist (OR)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Enrollment Specialist provides personal service to consumers and their support circles, ensuring the enrollment process is conducted in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company values.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Upholds company values and mission
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
• Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology
• Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position
