Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume contact center. , Provide information regarding Client's products and services, demonstrating knowledge and active listening. , Perform transactions or related functions for various accounts including savings, checking, consumer loans, and credit cards. , Advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs to enhance member interaction.
Requirements
Strong communication skills and active listening abilities. , Ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods. , Basic knowledge of financial products and services. Nice-to-haves Experience in customer service or support roles.
