Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development planning for kitchen staff. Qualifications: Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-end, fine-dining establishments or luxury hotels. Culinary degree from a reputable institution or equivalent extensive experience. Demonstrated mastery of diverse culinary techniques and international cuisines. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team remotely. Exceptional understanding of kitchen operations, including menu engineering, cost control, and inventory management. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
