[Remote] Field Flex Agent - 1099 Independent Contractor - Florida (Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, Fort Myers)

The Field Flex Agent will provide essential real estate field services, completing tasks for Mainstay customers while enjoying flexible work opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete specific field tasks on behalf of Mainstay customers
• Ensure all tasks meet Mainstay’s quality standards
• Provide professional service to Mainstay customers
• Manage your own workflow and complete tasks independently
• Assist your own buyers and sellers in personal transactions
• Conduct property walk-thrus, weekly property checks, home visits, vendor meetings & contract to close tasks

Skills

• Active real estate license
• Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
• Ability to complete assigned field tasks on time and with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple listings, and diligent documentation
• Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
• Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs)
• Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication
• Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
