[Remote] FP&A Manager - Commercial Finance

The FP&A Manager - Commercial Finance will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support commercial growth while driving the adoption of AI-enabled automation across FP&A processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive and support the development, enhancement, and governance of advanced financial models to assess business performance and forecast key outcomes, ensuring leadership has clear, timely, and actionable financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Serve as a key subject matter expert in the development and maturation of the Commercial Finance Center of Excellence across IDT and Aldevron, driving standardization, best practices, and cross‑organizational alignment with the ability to guide financial analysts by providing coaching, oversight of analytical deliverables, and establishing best practices
- Oversee comprehensive financial analysis to deliver strategic insights, highlight performance drivers, and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities that shape business decisions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by designing and implementing enhanced forecasting, reporting, and analytical frameworks; leverage BI platforms and advanced analytics to automate reporting and strengthen data quality and integrity
- Manage the consolidation and validation of financial and operational data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across the organization
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business with 9+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 7+ years experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years experience
- FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related fields, with proven experience supporting commercial teams or driving insights for sales and revenue growth
- Track record of excelling at researching, quantifying, and communicating actionable insights to cross-functional leadership teams
- Advanced skill set with Power BI suite and/or OneStream
- Advanced knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for financial analysis and reporting, including revenue recognition
- Prior leadership experience (managing analysts or cross‑functional projects) strongly preferred
