We are currently seeking motivated and driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home sales position centered around developing relationships with businesses that ship freight nationwide. Representatives will be responsible for contacting companies, speaking with shipping, logistics, and purchasing teams, learning their transportation needs, and presenting Aligned Logistics as a trusted freight brokerage partner. This role is ideal for self-starters who are competitive, motivated by income potential, and comfortable building relationships through phone calls, emails, and ongoing communication. Leads and contact information will be provided, but candidates are also expected to prospect and generate new business opportunities independently. This is a heavily commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential and flexibility. Representatives will have the ability to work from anywhere while building and managing their own book of business with the support of the Aligned Logistics team.
