Remote Fulfillment Coordinator – Personalized Customer Gifting Support

Job Summary Chewy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Personalized Customer Gifting Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the processing, customization, and delivery of personalized gifts for our valued customers. You will act as the bridge between our customers, fulfillment teams, and vendors to ensure a seamless gifting experience. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end fulfillment process for personalized customer gifts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to track orders, manage inventory, and resolve any issues.

Review personalization requests for accuracy and quality assurance before dispatch.

Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of all orders, including shipment confirmations and exceptions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Monitor fulfillment performance metrics and report findings to management.

Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management systems.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

Minimum 2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or customer service coordination.

Experience in e-commerce, retail, or personalized gifting services is highly desirable.

Previous remote work experience is a plus.

Full-time remote position.

Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility required for peak gifting seasons or urgent customer needs.
