Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end processing of home equity loan applications, including data entry, verification, and documentation.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a credit‑union or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and experience using loan management systems.
- Strong knowledge of credit concepts, loan underwriting processes, and the Episys system (or comparable platforms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable manner.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a track record of building rapport and trust with borrowers.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations, analyze data, and spot discrepancies.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
