Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, with a strong understanding of the tourism industry. Proven experience in remote or distributed team management and operational oversight. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions.
