Remote Insurance Claim Verifier – Entry Level

Job Summary HR Service Jobs is actively seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Claim Verifiers. This is an entry-level position ideal for those looking to start their career in the insurance and claims processing industry. You will be responsible for reviewing insurance claims, validating data accuracy, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for further processing. No prior insurance experience is required—training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Review and verify submitted insurance claim documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • * Match claimant details with policy records using internal software tools.
  • * Communicate with clients via email or chat to request missing or additional documentation.
  • * Flag and escalate suspicious or incomplete claims for further review.
  • * Maintain accurate records of claim verification activity.
  • * Follow internal procedures and compliance standards to ensure data integrity.
  • * Collaborate with internal departments to support efficient claim processing.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.
  • * Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
  • * Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation review.
  • * Proficiency in using MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • * Effective written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • * Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • * Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment.
  • Experience
  • * No prior work experience in insurance is required.
  • * Any experience in data entry, administration, or customer service will be considered an advantage.
  • * Recent graduates or career switchers are encouraged to apply.
  • Working Hours
  • * Flexible working shifts available
  • * Full-time 900 AM – 600 PM (with a 1-hour break)
  • * Part-time 4–5 hour shifts available (morning, afternoon, or evening slots)
  • * • Monday to Friday; optional weekend work during high-volume periods.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • * Ability to manage repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
  • * Basic understanding of insurance terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
  • * Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • * Quick learner with the ability to adapt to digital tools and systems.
  • * Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
