[Remote] Lease Accountant

US LBM is one of the leading distributors of specialty building materials in the United States, and they are seeking a Lease Accountant to execute comprehensive financial reporting and analysis. The role involves preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries as needed
- Perform account analysis and reconciliations
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, as well as ad hoc management reporting requests
- Maintain standard operating procedures and accounting policies documentation
- Collaborate with and support cross-functional teams to align accounting close and financial planning
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards

Skills
- Accounting degree required
- 4-6 years' experience in lease accounting and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
