[Remote] Marketing Coordinator/Regional Marketing Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dexian is a leading technology and professional staffing company with a global presence. They are seeking a Regional Marketing Analyst to support the Marketing team and Sales Operations in the Western Region, focusing on sales/marketing performance reporting, regional marketing campaign execution, and general office administration.
Responsibilities
- Regional event/sponsorship planning, support, event activation, and analysis
- Regional and Dealer Ad Group campaign support and administration
- Monthly invoicing, liaison to Accounts Payable, regional budget reconciliation, and management of non-media spend
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support of marketing General Office Administration
- Vehicle pool fleet management and administration
- Organization and management of marketing documents in shared folder
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support of sales and customer experience functions
Skills
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management and implementation skills
- Good knowledge of portfolio of domestic & import luxury model ranges
- Strong teamwork, presentation, and communication skills and ability to work with all management levels
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook
- General understanding of automotive business processes in corporate and field organization
- Relevant retail or corporate automotive experience
- Resource management
