Remote Marketing Manager for Growing Child Psychology Practice. SEO + Referral Growth Focus

The Role This is a hands-on execution role. We are not looking for a consultant who tells us what to do. We need someone who does the work. You will own Aspire's marketing function end to end, driving patient inquiries, building referral relationships, managing our digital presence, and growing the practice toward seven-figure revenue. This is a remote position with flexibility. You will report directly to Dr. Berlin and have real ownership over strategy and results.

What You Will Do

Digital Marketing and SEO

• Manage and grow organic search rankings for Aspire's website (weallaspire.com)
• Publish and optimize SEO blog content targeting Bergen County and Rockland County families
• Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console and report on performance weekly
• Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting private-pay families seeking child therapy

Referral Development

• Build and maintain relationships with pediatric offices, schools, and community organizations in Bergen and Rockland counties
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns to referral sources (email, phone, in-person where applicable)
• Maintain a referral CRM and track source of every new inquiry

Content and Social Media

• Oversee content calendar and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Write or manage the writing of blog posts, social captions, and email campaigns
• Ensure all content reflects Aspire's brand voice: warm, expert, accessible, evidence-based

Brand and Operations

• Manage Psychology Today profile, Google Business Profile, and directory listings
• Coordinate with the web vendor on site updates and new page builds
• Support Dr. Berlin's speaking and community engagement efforts with promotional materials

What We Are Looking For

• 3 or more years of marketing experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or specialty medical practice setting
• Proven track record of growing patient or client volume in a private-pay or fee-for-service context
• Hands-on SEO experience, not just familiarity. You know how to do keyword research, optimize on-page content, and read Search Console data
• Experience running Google Ads or Meta Ads for a healthcare or wellness business
• Strong writer who can produce content that is clear, empathetic, and professional
• Self-directed and entrepreneurial. You thrive with ownership and minimal micromanagement
• Familiarity with private practice economics, private-pay objections, and the referral-based model is a significant plus
