Position Summary

The Remote Overnight Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to careerzynith during overnight hours. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, process requests, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the professionalism and care careerzynith is known for. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems during overnight shifts.
  • Diagnose customer concerns, identify the root cause, and deliver effective, timely solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly within the company CRM platform.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership and follow-up.

  • Uphold customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, patience, and active listening in every interaction.

  • Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with leadership to support continuous improvement.
  • Follow established scripts, protocols, and compliance guidelines while still bringing a personal, human touch to each interaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and coaching sessions to stay current on updates and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or contact center environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
