Remote Part-Time Brief Writer Attorney – Colorado Licensed Attorney
Are you a lawyer licensed in Colorado who loves writing briefs and motions, but you prefer to stay out of the courtroom? Bachus & Schanker has an exciting opportunity for someone seeking remote part-time work, and who enjoys drafting documents. This role will not have to deal with the hassle of litigation deadlines and late nights, and the individual will be an independent contractor and as needed for the firm. You will draft briefs, complaints, and motions, review medical records, and handle legal research for various attorneys. You will be building, evaluating, and writing compelling legal documents to obtain personal injury settlements. Why Bachus & Schanker?

Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings and motions as needed.
- Review medical records and handle research as needed.
- Research, draft, and file appellate briefs.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience drafting briefs, motions, and complaints for personal injury cases.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $75.00-$90.00 an hour.
