Position Overview

We are seeking meticulous, detail‑oriented individuals with strong typing abilities to become part of our Remote Data Entry Team. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data from multiple sources—including scanned documents, PDFs, spreadsheets, and handwritten forms—into careerzynith’s centralized database with speed and precision.
  • Review each entry for completeness, correctness, and compliance with internal data‑quality guidelines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive customer, vendor, and internal information, adhering to careerzynith’s data‑security policies.
  • Follow documented standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Communicate promptly with supervisors and team members regarding any discrepancies, missing information, or system issues.
  • Achieve daily and weekly productivity targets while sustaining a minimum accuracy rate of 99%.
  • Assist with ancillary administrative tasks such as file organization, basic reporting, and data‑cleanup projects as needed.
  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skill sets.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, information management, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, transcription, or a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with a high level of accuracy (minimum 98%).
