[Remote] Part-Time Intake Specialist (Personal Injury)

Rosenbaum Meier Personal Injury Lawyers is an established NYC personal injury firm, seeking a bilingual part-time Intake Specialist to join our growing team. The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying and bringing new clients to the firm and is the first point of contact for potential clients.

Responsibilities

Foster and maintain client relations through communication and professional conduct Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients Conduct intake interviews to gather information about incident and assess case potential Manage initial case information, track leads, and follow up with potential clients as needed Support prospective clients by providing general information about the Intake process Provide additional support to the Intake team and perform additional duties as needed Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks Skills Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required Associate's degree required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and case management systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining case information Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information Applicants MUST be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa Experience in customer service role is preferred Legal experience is a bonus!
