Role Overview – Remote Part‑Time Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking detail‑oriented, service‑driven individuals to become the front‑line ambassadors of careerzynith’s brand. In this role, you will engage with customers across multiple communication channels—phone, SMS, Apple Business Chat, and email—to deliver a hospitality experience that exceeds expectations. You will be a problem‑solver, a brand advocate, and a trusted guide who helps customers navigate our platform, resolve issues, and discover the joy of “Fast‑Fine” dining.

Key Details

  • Compensation: $20 per hour (with 1.5× pay on company holidays)
  • Schedule: Night and weekend availability required; 5‑hour shifts typically starting at 10 AM, 4 PM, 5 PM, or 6 PM ET
  • Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week
  • Training: Two‑week onboarding program (Monday‑Thursday, 2‑7 PM ET) beginning September 16
  • Location: Remote – open to candidates residing in Florida, New Jersey, or New York

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver real‑time, high‑quality service to customers via phone, SMS, Apple Business Chat, and email, ensuring each interaction reflects careerzynith’s hospitality standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries promptly, adhering to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining a personalized approach.
  • Become an expert on careerzynith’s restaurant partners, menu offerings, and ordering platforms; stay current with product updates and industry trends.
  • Master careerzynith’s backend tools and systems, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report on customer trends, recurring issues, and feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual performance metrics and contribute to team‑wide goals, fostering a culture of excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative problem‑solving ability; comfortable thinking outside the box to resolve complex issues.
  • Strong probing techniques—ask insightful questions and guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Technologically savvy; proficient at navigating multiple tabs, windows, and software platforms simultaneously.
  • High energy and motivation to thrive in a fast‑growing, constantly evolving business environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt tone and style to diverse audiences.
  • Empathy and patience, with a genuine desire to help others and improve their dining experience.
  • Remote‑work ready: quiet workspace, reliable high‑speed internet, and appropriate hardware (computer, headset).
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States and at least 18 years of age.

  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar help‑desk ticketing systems.
  • Background in hospitality, food service, or restaurant technology.
  • Familiarity with conversational messaging platforms (e.g., SMS, Apple Business Chat).
  • Previous remote customer support experience, especially in a high‑volume, multi‑channel environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets in a metrics‑driven setting.
