Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Specialist to join careerzynith’s dynamic e‑commerce operations team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in product data management without the need for prior professional experience. As a remote team member, you will play a critical part in ensuring that product listings on the careerzynith marketplace are accurate, compelling, and compliant with our standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Management
    • Enter product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images into the careerzynith seller portal with precision.
    • Maintain consistency across all product attributes, adhering to careerzynith’s style guidelines.
    • Update product information promptly when changes are communicated by sellers or internal teams.
  • Inventory Control
    • Monitor real‑time inventory levels for assigned product categories.
    • Collaborate with the inventory coordination team to flag potential stock‑outs or overstock situations.
    • Execute corrective actions—such as adjusting quantities or notifying sellers—to keep the marketplace inventory healthy.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Conduct routine audits of product listings to verify compliance with careerzynith policies, including prohibited content, image standards, and pricing rules.
    • Identify discrepancies, document findings, and work with cross‑functional partners to resolve issues quickly.
    • Maintain a log of audit results to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Cross‑Functional Communication
    • Partner with marketing, customer service, and seller support teams to share updates, gather feedback, and align on product data priorities.

Essential Qualifications
