This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with a proven track record in data management, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

- Contractual Reimbursement Management: Oversee and resolve external contracted reimbursement problems, ensuring they are routed to the correct systems and resolved according to policy.
- Data Entry & Cleanup: Provide functional support for data entry and cleansing activities, handling both routine and complex data exchanges.
- Advanced Data Operations: Execute more sophisticated data exchanges and maintenance tasks related to new product launches, system upgrades, and process improvements.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with multiple departments—including Provider Relations, Claims, IT, and Compliance—to guarantee high‑quality provider data for our members.
- Provider Segment & Contract Updates: Maintain and update provider segment and contract information, including sensitive or high‑volume exchanges, within the appropriate systems.
- Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify, investigate, and drive root‑cause analyses (e.g., provider issues flagged by PST, trends from routine PDS reviews) and collaborate across the organization to recommend enhancements.
- Project Support: Assist with the implementation of new initiatives and complex regulatory processes, ensuring data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Deliver clear, concise written and verbal communications to internal and external partners, documenting findings, resolutions, and recommendations.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as data accuracy rates, issue resolution times, and service level adherence.
